Dolapo Salawu (SEO Africa 2015)
Dolapo Salawu is an investment professional at African Capital Alliance(“ACA”). Prior to joining ACA, he worked at Coronation Merchant Bank Limited as an Investment Banking Analyst.
He was also a two-time investment banking summer intern at the Bank of America. Outside of work, Dolapo volunteers with organizations focused on creating opportunities for women and young people. Dolapo is an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School and a MA Candidate at The Lauder Institute.
Fisayo Adeleke (SEO Africa 2017)
Fisayo is a Finance professional with in-depth experience working in various industries in the area of consulting and advisory. She is currently an MBA candidate at the Saïd Business School in Oxford, as a Laidlaw Foundation Scholar.
Prior to her MBA, she worked with top brands like Goldman Sachs and KPMG. She later joined PwC and rose to the position of Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing. Fisayo has a long-term interest in development and social impact investing.
Hope Tettey (SEO Africa 2014)
Hope has over 6 years of experience in the field of investment and product development for financial institutions. Hope is currently an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. His career started at IC Securities as an Investment Analyst in 2014, then as a Summer Analyst at Bank of America in 2015.
He has been with the bank for over 5 years, rising to the rank of Vice President, Prime Brokerage Product Development Group before pursuing his MBA.
Justice Adu (SEO Africa 2014)
Justice has years of experience across the area of finance and strategy consulting. Justice joined the SEO Africa program in 2014 as an Analyst at Kosmos Energy. Since then, he has worked with firms such as Black Star Advisors, and FirstBanC.
In 2018, he joined Africa Foresight Group where he worked until pursuing his MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Justice is passionate about social impact consulting, impact investment and venture capital.
Shalom Akinboboye (SEO Africa 2015)
Shalom is a Management Consultant specialized in digital transformation and business process innovation at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Prior to her career in consulting, she worked in various marketing and growth strategy roles in telecommunications where she spearheaded the launch of over 20 new products to drive growth and client satisfaction.
She has worked for organizations like Bharti Airtel and Google. She is passionate about mentoring young professionals. She holds a BSc. Administration from the University of Ghana and an MBA from INSEAD.
Esther Adjei-Boah (SEO Africa 2017)
Esther is currently pursuing her full-time MBA programme at Warwick Business School (WBS) in the UK. She had her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Ashesi University.
Esther joined the SEO Africa programme in 2017 where she started her career with Kosmos Energy Ghana in a finance and commercial role. She transitioned to work for Bank of America in their Talent Acquisition team as an EMEA Business Support Functions and Africa Recruiting Initiative Recruiter before embarking on her MBA journey.
She is passionate about people development, diversity and inclusion and is part of the WBS Student Equality and Diversity Committee and Co-president of newly formed WBS Black in Business Club.
Temilade Ojuade (SEO Africa 2015)
Temilade is an experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. During her undergraduate days, she co-founded the Student Finance Club at the University.
Temilade joined the SEO Africa programme in 2015 where she secured a summer analyst internship offer at Bank of America (BoA). After her internship, she moved to work at Andela as a Recruitment Associate for almost a year. Temilade returned to BoA in a full-time role as an analyst in the CEEMEA Special Situations Group. She has since progressed exceptionally into an Associate role in the EMEA Special Situations Group.
After 5 years at BoA, Temilade has commenced her full-time MBA programme at Harvard Business School (HBS).
